I actually don't even know how I have been married 11 years let alone have 3 kids... But here we are. I always think back to the newly wed stage (probably because of my job) and get a little envious of those just starting out. It was so care free back then and you ALWAYS had date nights!!! That is one of the BIGGEST reasons I loved this photo shoot--I wanted to capture what life is like now. I want to look back 30 years from now, and see that we were still in love. That even with the kids running around, working like crazy, taking the kids to all their activities we still put each other 1st, and were happy. Of course sometimes I want to punch him in the face and he drives me bananas , but overall at 11 years we have worked through all the downs and were still happy. If that is the only legacy I leave my kids when I die I will be thrilled. And let's face it we might as well take the pictures now because we are not getting any younger:)
