This banana bread is one of the few things I have perfected over the last 5 years. Anytime I give it to someone they love it, and want the recipe. I literally use to bribe my sister in law to babysit my kids with it. I have tried a few different versions, and tweaked them. If I really want to get freaky with it--I add chocolate chips!!! This is definitely not a healthy recipe so if your wanting that go ahead and move right along.

When it is 115 degrees outside I seriously am constantly searching for refreshing drinks and appetizers. This past weekend I made these Rosé Floats, and OHHHEEEMGEEEE they were amazing. Plus they were so easy. Seriously a couple scoops of your favorite raspberry sorbet, and top it off with rosé!

First place your wax paper on a standard cookie sheet. Then put 1 package of white chocolate in 1 microwave safe bowl, and the other package in another. Follow the instructions on the chocolate on how to melt it. I put mine in the microwave, and took it out every 30-60 seconds to stir and add little bits of oil. When the first bowl of chocolate is ready pour on wax paper and spread it out. Then after the next bowl of chocolate is melted add green food coloring to the bowl, and pour on top of white spread. I used a cooking skewer to swirl together. Then let the kids dump all the toppings on the chocolate before it starts drying. After the whole thing is covered refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then break apart.
