Stefanie was beyond adorable and had tons of ideas. She called me maybe 6 weeks prior to her wedding wanting to know if I would simply meet with her for a couple hours and tell her if what she had done already worked and if she had forgotten anything. I had never been asked this before and was intrigued so we scheduled it! I told her every piece of info I needed her to bring to make this meeting efficient and worth both of our time. I went through her layouts, her floral estimate, her timeline she had started, and a couple other odds and ends--and we ROCKED it!!! I finished her timeline, told her some things to change on her flower estimate, and even called and ordered a few more additional key decor pieces right there on the spot! Now I know this won't work for a lot of people, but she was organized and determined, and listened to EVERYTHING I told her. The day after her wedding I got an email from her saying my time line had worked AMAZING and that she was so glad we were able to meet up and polish her wedding details up. This is the perfect idea for the bride who has finished everything, but just didn't quite have enough room in the budget for Day Of Coordinating!!!
