Alex & Este’s wedding took place in Este’s childhood home. You all know how I LOVE a good backyard wedding. There is just something so special about the bride getting ready in her old room, and being so relaxed. Morgan and Andrew's wedding was a dream to work on! Morgan was so receptive to my ideas which always makes things fun...like having a circle ceremony set up! Backyard weddings are some of my favorite to plan and design for because there are no rules, and it is always a blank canvas!!! Another fun idea that Morgan loved was going the long wooden tables all connected--this worked perfectly with her 220 guest count. I was the little girl that watched Father of the Bride 5000 times by the time I graduated high school so when I walked in to Mackenzie's home for our 1st design consultation images of swans and rainbows perfectly arching over her home kept flashing thru my mind all the while I could hear Franc's voice in the background. That is how stunning her childhood home is, and it was a blast designing and planning with her and Sarah's Garden!!! We changed our design a few times before nailing it with these hues of grey, blush, & green! It really had a romantic organic feel to it, and I think it turned out perfect.
