2 weeks ago I got an inquiry for a 1st birthday party that needed to happen 8 days later. To be honest I said I couldn't do it at first, but then Samay's mom asked a few more times so I gave in. Literally that same day I picked a theme, ordered all the desserts, linens, and started calling entertainment companies for magicians, balloons twisters etc. It was a crazy week, but I think it turned out great for 1 weeks of planning, and the family was thrilled so that's all that matters. Those cute cupcakes that look like bags of popcorn might have been my favorite. And the kids LOVED their favors of each getting a gold fish just like you win at the carnival. I made a trip to Petite Party Studio for ALL my decor and party-ware since I had no time to have anything shipped--thank goodness they had everything I needed!!! It's always a fun little break to do a kids party instead of a wedding.
