This is quite possibly the easiest DIY 4th of July recipe ever!!!! All you need is store bought ice cream sandwiches and sprinkles, and the kids can get in on the action too! I will warn you I went to 4 different stored before I finally found festive sprinkles at Michael's!!!!
I poured out the sprinkles on a plate, unwrapped each sandwich, and then just started rolling the edges. After they were all done I placed them on a platter and popped them back in the freezer til it was time to eat them!!! Super easy & everyone thinks your an awesome hostess.
